There is no way they should be paid the same as the men, 6-0 6-1 is pathetic for a no.1 in a major semi. The ladies need to play the same amount eg best of 5 sets etc for the same pay, look at Hewitt and Rod****s QF match...they earned their paycheck.

No they shouldn't, that would just make watching them all the more boring. They need to play Best of 3 and be paid 60% of what the Men are. Period.

Allegedly people appreciate women's tennis more than men's tennis.
But I gotta tell you, with the amount of grunting and screaming that goes on ... I wouldn't go near a Williams/Sharapova/Whoever-the-hell-else-makes-unnecessary-noises-match.
Not to mention the Williams sisters are sooks and cheaters.

Watching the Sisters play each other in a final is like watching Schumacher/Barrichello back in the Ferrari glory days ... booooooooooooooooooooooring. And noisy.

Quote:On 11 July 2006, McLaren-Mercedes announced that Montoya would stop racing for the team with immediate effect, to enable him to prepare for his future career and take time out with his family. Hmm...

Exactly.
To be fair, he's more successful where he is than he ever would be in F1.
