Delistings in the next few days are going to be in large numbers so now is the time to discuss how many picks your club will have and how they'll get them
Carlton:
Elevated from rookie list:
Jamison
Jacobs
Addition:
Warnock
Picks 6, 40, 69 and a PSD pick.
That's 7 delistees required at least for the bluebaggers. Good. We need it. potentially 8 or 9 if we wanna stock up on kids late in the draft
Candidates: in no particular order
Aisake O'hAilpin
Setanta O'hAilpin (may leave if his bro does)
Ackland
Jackson
Blackwell
Saddington
Benjamin
Bannister (should stay for depth)
Wiggins (should stay for depth)

Now that's ten potentials
However with Big Knockers in the side, jacobs is no certainty to be elavated. Therefore it may be only six delistings.
IMO, goneski = Ackland, Saddington, Benjamin, Blackwell, Aisake and Jackson.

I'm suspecting Hawthorn's changes will be minimal, following our "no deal" trade week. Jacobs has retired, and the club will most likely elevate Cameron Stokes from the rookie list to take his place. I am now expecting Crawf to play on in '09.
I reckon the Hawks will then delist just three players and take the minimum three picks in the National Draft.
I'd expect McEntee and Moss to be delisted. I had thought Zac Dawson would be delisted, but he showed good late-season form for Box Hill, and I am now thinking that the club might actually delist Tim Boyle, simply to allow him the chance to get some game time with another club.
