Can anyone clear this up for everyone who wants to know? Nrl arent making it clear, they are say ing there is a Western Reds team coming in 2012 and a Sunshie Coast team coming in in the next team years and they are forcing a team to move to the Central Coast.
What is happening? What team is moving to the Central Coast (You predict)? Will there be a team from WA?
PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINION

any team that moves to the central coast is stupid - they must have their own team
we need to get rid of some langushing sydney clubs for a vibrant and booming area
david gallop said he didn't plan to expand in the next 10 years! how much longer will he have the top job though?
Sunshine Coast will only happen when Scott Penn comes on board - and when they clean up the messes - especially transport and imo the area is not expanding all that much and a stadium needs to be built - Quad Park - the sunshine coast's qld cup 09 home ground - will not be viable in the future there is a large space of land near the famous Ettamogah Pub perfect for a stadium to be built imo
the next area should be the central coast

the next area should be the central coast Yea Central Coast will get a team. Talks the Bulldogs might go to the Coast. If the sydney clubs having trouble why dont teams like the bunnies and roosters combine and that will give the other Sydney clubs a better chance to survive? Maybe Not? Yea Gallop go for sure, one thing he is right on is the dirty tackles. Get them out of the game, in the toyota cup have Upstairs people to rule try or not would be better cause a lot of bad desicions this year in the Under 20's.

Yeah they need a Brisbane to. Queensland teams are going the best in finical, than compared to New South Wales. I believe they will eventualy put a team up in Rockhampton (Central Comets). It is believe if they do so they will attract stars, Steven Bell Saiid do rule me out in coming back to Australia and playing for the central comets. Could League be changed in the nex t20 yeras, New teams? This will be centainly interesting if they do so. I believe to many teams in Nsw, But thats the thing with Qld it has not a big population from Brisbane to Townsville. (Not including Brisbane or Townsville)

They will never get a team back in Adelaide after the NRL grand final rated 51 000 this year

But I reckon they should it would be good for the game outside the main States (Qld and Nsw), If they expanded the competition like the Super League. More teams and more games equals a better game.

Not really. You want more Melbourne Storms? Yes, a very successful and professional side, but they also bleed money without generating the income to cover the losses.

They already have a built studium and somewhere i heard who ever moves there get 4 million or something like that (Dont know if true). Dogs will go i would guess if it happens but hopefully they make their own team and bring one more team in the competition, or just add Central Coast and have a bye.

HH#7 wrote:Central Coast needs one. I dont think it would take off in WA, Tassie and SA It's a lot bigger over here than you'd think. Pretty sure we had easily the best crowds in the Jim Beam Cup this year. The Western Force has taken off. So long as the team is advertised, WA would get behind them. The problem last time was that no one even knew Western Australia had a team. When the Force first came in you couldn't walk out your door without seeing 12 billboards with Western Force pictures on them. Still knowing the administration of our game, if they did bring in a WA team it'd just be another half arsed effort and they'd be scratching their heads trying to figure out why they failed.

Central coast, sunshine coast and WA would be good but lets make it twenty teams then and add a team in wellington they would get the crowds(and I hate to say it but they would probably get bigger crowds than the warriors).
If they had 20 teams we could shorten the season to 19 rds and just play each team once which would please a lot of people.
