The Australian coach anyone? I think he's guaranteed a starting spot, but I think he'll start in the second row with Glen Stewart at lock.

I'm excited about the Origin series next year, i know it's off this topic, but thought i would discuss it anyhoo. I see NSW lining up like this: 1. Brett Stewart 2. Jarryd Hayne/Anthony Quinn 3. Joel Monaghan 4. Matt Cooper 5. David Williams 6. Terry Campese/Braith Anasta 7. Peter Wallace/Mitchell Pearce 8. Luke Bailey 9. Robbie Farah/Michael Ennis 10. Brent Kite 11. Anthony Laffranchi 12. Paul Gallen 13. Glen Stewart 14. Kurt Gidley 15. Josh Perry 16. Chris Heighington 17. Ben Creagh/Trevor Thurling Bolded are my prefered options Sorry to get off-topc fellas!

14. Slater/Bowen 15. Hannant 16. Thaiday 17. Webb
18. Prince/Cronk 19. Costigan 20. Shillington 21. Taylor 22. Lillyman 23. A. Graham 24. W. Tonga 25. W. Chambers

No room for the Hoff unfortunately, even if Bellamy is the Coach.

Nice team however: Watmough's defence is suspect, can go missing in big games, however his perfomance in the GF was exceptional. O'Donnel is one i forgot, interesting to see if he can force his way back into the team. Mason has had enough chances.

You don't rate him?? I remember year before last, he was a given 10 out from the line, hitting a hole.... Only needs to re-capture that from IMO.

I rate him, however his form across this season did not warrant a selection in Origin to be honest. If he does recapture the kind of form of 2007, even 2006, he's a shoe-in for representative footy. Used to be Cronk's right hand man close to the line, he's lost that a touch over the course of the season.

I would not have Jarrayd Hayne anywhere near the team. What has he done this year other than throw a pass straight into the hands of a Qld player which lead Queensland to beat Nsw 2-1. I admit he was a GREAT player in his first year but since then he has gone off the boil. I would have Tate in before Cooper, what a leader is take!

that is good thinking there. i like the inclusion of campese and creagh. creagh i think deserves his shot at origin level, campese only if he continues his good form. then i guess we have to have anasta. hold on, can barrett play? or not cuz he went to england?

If Barret plays well enough he is definitly eligible to play.
