I checked the weather forecast for Bangalore. Thursday - 100% chance of Thunderstorms. Friday - 100% chance of Thunderstorms. Saturday - 50% chance of Thunderstorms. Sunday - 20% chance of showers. Monday - Cloudy.
They should get in 3 days of play if that. I bet $500 on a draw.

So now we have a weather forecaster who can predict with 100 per cent accuracy when it will rain.

I'm not doubting that it will rain there, just doubting a '100 per cent chance of rain' - there is no such thing as 100 per cent probablity of anything in the future realistically, especially weather.

As I said, I have no doubt about that. But it is WEATHER - it is physically impossible to predict with total accuracy that there is a 100 per cent chance of rain - ie. no chance at all of there not being rain.

i am tipping either a draw or a win for india. no real spinner for the aussies is going to hurt them something chronic. they cant rely on bing and sarfras to take the wickets

Here are the odds for the First Test -
India - $3 Draw - $2.25 Australia - $3.20
If the weather forecasters on here say there will be rain rain rain, then the $2.25 is looking a sure thing.
But what i don't get with the Australian selectors is what they're thinking bringing in Cameron White, he's a gun player but like Kevin Pietersen has turned himself from a bowler to a quality ODI batsmen. He can't bowl for the life of himself anymore. And Krejza? What a dud, he'll be like a f art in a Hurricane. If they're gonna play a spinner, make it Xavier Doherty from Tasmania, he can change up his pitching beautifully and his stuttering just before he bowls is sensational, he should be brought in.

They should get in 3 days of play if that. I bet $500 on a draw. Draw is a brilliant bet. However there will not be THAT much rain. I'd be chucking a significant bet on the draw though.
