Just thought I'd comment on the Milwaukee Bucks opening pre-season game against Minnesota.
I swear its like watching the WNBA where 30% FG% is actually good and lack of defense is "expected". Milwaukee have some major coherency issues entering the new season. I never thought I'd say this but- where is Mo Will? Granted Ridnour didn't play but they're missing open shots like Suzy Batkovic...

When I saw this title I just assumed it was in reference to Carmelo's bitch slap against New York a couple years back

Wait for it... He had a headache... Gee, Milwaukee would be stoked they shelled out the bickies for that...

Just wondering how much emphasis you guys put on the pre-season game? Do you use your teams performance as a guide to how they will fair the rest of the season? Personally I consider it a good guide to how a individual player will perform, but give no regards to how the team will

Pre season means squat to me, i couldn't care less if Houston won every game or lost every game, as long as no one gets injured I couldn't care less, because Pre Season games mean nothing, like the NAB Cup in the AFL, means jack.

Check out the New Jersey vs Miami boxscore.
CDR scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals in 4 minutes. thats jordan-like!
EPIC FAIL for the box score statisticians

Basicallt CDR has the worlds most successful seizure ever recorded... Yeah I saw that. Clearly pre-season means nothing for the box scorers as well lol That said I actually watched a lot of the Milwaukee match and they looked lost in their offensive/defensive sets. Granted there are some new people and a new coach but a lot of players looked like they weren't 100% sure on what they were doing.
