Well my forward pack took a clear battering after Smith, Crocker , Tagataese & Kaufusi all left. So it would be for another forward(s) of similar position

No you don't, you'd be the person actually committing the *****ual assault then, the others can try an claim they didn't know it was being filmed or that it was going to be filmed, considering from what we know the filming bit is the only bit she is complaining about.
