Who is it?
I'm going to say Woods, merely because of how much he's won, how often he's won, and the amount of people he beats is amazing. Next I would probably say Jordan, as he was an unbelievable player in an unbelievable team.

woods - whenever he's not playing in a major the winner has an asterisk next to his name

federer isnt getting enough credit, because nadal has stolen a little of his glory. you go back to between 2003 and 2007, and you'll find that federer is in a different league to everyone above, even woods and armstrong.

HAHA Barry Bonds. Nah honestly i think from 2004-2006 it was Roger Federer, but now probably Woods. Schumacher was dominant from 2000-2004 by the way.

Out of that list I would probably go with Roger or Tiger because the others have had help of team mates, equipment, bias judges. It would be hard to go past Phelps and Yelena Isinbayeva or even a boxer like Mayweather,Calzage but the sport is run by cheats so they've had some help along the way.

cycling is rigorous Michael Jordan got 10 first teams in a row, as well as 10 All-Stars in a row. 7 in a row before his baseball move, then the first 3 years after he returned. outstrung wrote:As long as you forget that he did SFA for the first half of his career...then yes, Jordan warrants consideration.
