I doubt it. Though he seems to rip up the dance floor pretty good considering he is 'sober'

Not for your own *****ual gratification, but as a safety net against trumped up accusations etc.
In the end, even if it caused the issues, it may also be what clears the players. i cant believe a person with a brain actually wrote this!

pimpmaster wrote: I expected more from you, but knew you would defend your boys Maybe getting her permission to film it would be a good starting point. My comments regarding the filming don't actually specifically address this issue. Obviously consent to film would be the ethical way to go. But I don't think filming something you come across in a public place is illegal. Answer me this : did the person who took the pictures of Sonny Bill and Candace Falzon get arrested?

Please elaborate on your problems with the statement? Putting this incident aside for a moment, all I am saying that, in this day and age, if you are someone of profile, you put yourself in a vulnerable position to allegations if you choose to have ***** with someone you just met. When such an allegation could leave you exposed to career, reputation and financial ruin, you would have to think about ways of insuring against it.

Its not an excuse, you dumb fcuk. Aside from saying it may prove ironic that what caused the issues may be what clears the players of any charges in the end, aynone with reading comprehension skills beyond that of a foetus, would be able to realise that I was talking generally, and not specifically referring to what happened here. None of us really know what happened, so why would I comment on specifics?

if you honestly believe that the idea to record whatever took place was done so for legal purposes is laughable, the whole incident reeks of a lack of respect for women and nothing more. if a person feels the need to record a s8xual encounter in a public toilet cubicle with a stranger that they only just met (and a couple of thier team mates along for the party) for the purpose of a $ex act, then surely commonsence needs to prevail. obviously some people think with thier balls and not thier brain.

I'm not saying that at all. I am saying that if I was in a position of profile, it would occur to me to take some form of precaution/have some security against these types of allegations.

I'm not saying I would start filming people without their consent or anything like that. I am merely saying that it is one method of precaution that would cross my mind, as I would believe precaution would need to be taken.
If you were in a position of profile and were not thinking of protective measures when you put yourself in a vulnerable situation, then I wouldn't think that too intelligent and there are many cases in point.

Hey Goie you seem to have far too much time on your hands as you always seem to be thinking of yourself. Get out there and think of ways to get your mind off yourself, it would be character building.

Have they checked the video? Maybe it might reveal some things about consent and everything.

but i do say if it were 3 other random guys rather than these 3 there would have been no complaint - the point is she knew who the 3 guys were and was probably starstruck
but that is not an excuse
how you can criticise us for having a go at broncos players then put it back on the girl because she was starstruck. how about you start a thread criticising anyone who is having a go at this girl who did not want or deserve to have this put upon her. and this is soo much more than a privacy issue but we dont really know what happened so there is no point trying to figure that out if the broncos dont axe them it shows how hypocritical and weak they are nrl should come out and say something as well - fine the broncos a million and a suspended sentence of points deduction
