A DECISION on whether charges would be brought against Brisbane Broncos allegedly involved in a *****ual assault is 'weeks away', the Police Minister has revealed.
Police Minister Judy Spence told a press conference in Brisbane today that Police Commissioner Bob Atkinson will today announce it will be weeks before a decision is made on whether to charge the three Broncos allegedly involved.
She said while the investigation into allegations of assault at a Brisbane nightclub was complete, police were seeking outside advice.
