Chambers kicked his 100 for the season playing for Sturt today in the SANFL... wasn't technically a 100 goal season as he kicked it in a finals match, but still a good effort none the less. There was a pretty good crowd invasion, at least a few thousand got onto the ground. Not as spectacular as the invasion when Buddy got his, but I was still pretty impressed to be honest.
Sturt ended up losing after being up by 23 points at 3qtr time.. dissapointing finish.
In the other match today also played at Adelaide Oval, Norwood cruised home against Port to keep their finals hopes alive, and end the Magpie's season. Taylor Walker played a blinder.... good talent that young lad.

I love it when things happen in lower grades (not that the SANFL is cr@pola, it's just not AFL level - that's all) of aussie rules that would only normally happen in the big league like this. A crowd invasion in the minors - that's awesome.
Good on him too, 100 in a season is a fair bl00dy effort - even if it DIDN'T happen until the final. It's about 95 goals more than I ever kicked in a season HAHAHAHA

symes wanted to go, there's not much we could do about that. but rookies are only on 1 year deals, and neil craig won't resign him cos he's got what he thinks is the next tony lockett on the list (james sellar). he gets delisted, no other clubs have seen him except port and we grab him in PSD. owned

Still can't believe Sturt lost that one though... not even Chambers' 100th could get them over the line. They choked. Pretty shattered now. Footy this year has been horrible.

Then I got moved and he kicked 5 more in a quarter. *****er.

Dude he's like 17 or 18, and some weeks he kicked 2 or 3 goals. So if on a given week he kicks 2 in the sanfl, he hardly would have been an instant fix to our forward line. This argument is pretty pointless, he probably will play every game for the crows next year. I look forward to him carving up the power like he did the magpies yesterday.
