Anyone with half a brain without the knowledge that it was gunna be a corker would have seen the comeback coming from a mile away. The Chooks had already crossed the road before the second half had begun. TBH they were lucky to get away with winning the game. Also you'd be stupid enough not to think both of tonights games are going to be corkers. Top 8 and 4 spots on the line all around.

You saying people should know that a comeback was on the cards before the game even started?

I think more of the point is that the game is pretty much ruined before anyone has even stepped out on to the field

I cant belive Rabs, he is the biggest di.ckhead on ch9 he gets the players mixed up, makes bad calls on penalties/forwards passes and has started talking more sh.it than the cricket commontators now every week he makes a comment on the 2nd game. He is to old send him out to pasture, just let him call the swimming.

I can see whats going to happen.
In QLD the Broncos games on first. So at the end of the game when/if Broncos win, Rabbits will say something like "Well at least Tonie Carroll gets another game at Suncorp next week"...revealing the result of the following game
Or something along those lines

I was also saying that because I actually didn't watch the 1st game because come on Tigers Sharks what were they thinking. And as I said I could see the come-back from the gold coast it was that obvious.

I don't think Ray mixing up wingers is a new thing. I remember back in the day he was constantly mixing up Tuquiri and Sailor...

Honestly mate, they look nothing alike apart from the fact they are black.

Darius and Denan do look pretty similar but you would think he would get in the habit of verifying their numbers or something considering how often he stuffs it up

They do that in games like the Roosters-Souths game because at 16-0 or 22-0 people think the game is going one way, its getting late and they're gonna switch off. If they know its gonna finish close, then they'll watch the second half.

It sucks, but its a deliberate, commercial practice by 9.

I don't think anyone is debating the fact that it is a deliberate ploy...that much is pretty obvious. Its just a question of what cost are they willing to put on getting more ratings. From the looks of it, pi$$ing off a lot of fans is one of them..

It is the first game being televised in QLD. Just a matter of what is going to get the best ratings in various locations. Bad luck for you but I guess you are the minority in your region.
