In regards to your other thread, I agree with Sastre being way overs at 11 for the GC. The only drama betting on him, is have CSC decided that Frank Schleck has become their man. If they have, he is good value at 11 also.
Although I would never back Evans at $1.68, he did finish 2nd last year with next to no help. This year he does have Popeye.

Kohl, with no one still taking him very seriously, to finish top 3 in the last Alps stage tonight. He knows he won't be watched as closely as say Evans and Menchov and this could be his last and best chance to take something away form the Tour, possibly even the Leaders Jersey by tomorrow morning.
