I think most peoples players are real raw and fresh. Almost all created for this team. This is building the team from the ground up. Noone get there stats above 59 so we can try and get all our chems to hook up exactly how we want them too. There *****king us around on the marmots cos we didn't check ourselves properly.

On the Marmots, we got the right ones up, but we're getting chems with the wrong people - we want people around a similar level to each other so that we can get level 2 and 3 at the same time. It's annoying. What we should do is work out what chems we want, then after 5 games, we have one pair of players push their key stat to 70. That way they're guaranteed to get the chem. The next day, another two, and another two etc. etc. We can train all our secondaries until then.

2 on the trot now, the Mrs. is working hard on training Panda Beer and it paid off with 12 points 5 boards and 5 assists not to mention a few steals too...

I was thinking... rather than invest heavily in Shooting as a secondary skill for Harry, that I might do passing... what do you guys think?
(defense/speed/leadership/ballhandling will be worked on, of course)

Camel i notice you are recruiting for a PF/C for the marmots...perhaps an option lies in bringing in the heavily developed Mutombo to get the Marmots in to the playoffs this season while letting the new team develop their skills...next season Mutombo can refer back to the Wombats...or you can keep him and i'll buy a player credit and start from scratch like the rest of the Wagga team...what does everybody reckon?

Gah. If only I'd read this board FIRST. I just signed a player, but I think this would have been a great idea. If the new player turns sour then we'll go in this direction? With that said, though, the guy we signed seems pretty solid, so I wouldn't hold my breath!
