youre living in the past mate, and im living in the present, where sydney are one of the top clubs in the afl and as for essendon?? look back on sunday's result, where sydney absolutely clobbered what you would call a 'team'.

Clearly you have no idea because when Flamini arrived he was earning grass and weeds. Nothing much at all....

I'd go out on a limb and say it was more than he was earning in France though...could be wrong.

Whats more important though is the cir*****stances of the transfer. I believe he made many people very upset back in France, after being somewhat disloyal.

Im not gonna lie and I'll admit I cant recall the details, but I do know there was a bit of anger after he transferred to Arsenal.

Real Madrid signed Ezequial Garay for what is believed to be around 10m Euro. But he may be loaned back to Racing for the season.

Liverpool have signed Philipp Degen from Borussia Dortmund. Signed for free under the Bosman. Swiss international who is 25 yrs old and an attacking right back.

He may be average but he was free. Remember, Aurellio was free and no one thought much of him but Rafa turned him into IMO a very good player. Degen might surprise us, and if not, at least he didn't cost anything.

Totally agree with this assessment. Could be a Voronon who we got for nothing and will sell for something...
But you cant be a real hack if you play for Borussia Dortmund and represent your country... you need to be able to play at least a little.. Will be good to see how he goes at the Euro's.

look still u save money

just coz u have money doesnt mean u throw it into other peoples faces
if u can get 1 packet of chips for $1.50
and u can also get it for $2.50 at the same place

WHICH ONE DO U PICK?

its a no brainer

the cheaper one, because unlike those crazy owners, we dont have almost unlimited supplies of money.
