Another thing, when describing that one shareholder, Mark Waugh called him a pain in the backside and that most members were nice and attended club functions. WHAT CLUB FUNCTIONS??? I only ever remember one and it was cancelled because of the EI outbreak in sydney. What happens if the exhausted funds include the prizemoney, sale value of our horses, what if that money is gone as well??? Cut your loses with these cheats. Get on the Hancox No. 3 syndicate. They have a proven track record. Great for small time owners like myself. That or BMR, if you cant trust BM who can you trust

I'm in a 20 share hancox syndicate. When that finishes up I will go in one of the bigger syndicates in either BMR or Hancox so keep us updated about how you compare the 2.

In life we always learn lessons it's like when you do $100 on a horse you knew couldn't win from an outside barrier - probably saves you in the long run!
You are all in The Chad's thoughts.

You are all in The Chad's thoughts. Chad that is a gr8 thought and i am so glad that u r thinking of us BUT i have never backed a horse that i thought wouldnt win----------I THINK----------mayb i have---------u always gotta have hope, but ya know what really sux, well its the fact that we trusted these people to do the right thing, u know the majority of us would do the right thing, we have a conscience. Its getting more friggen obvious as the thread gets longer that these guys dont give a s h i t about the shareholders or care to have a good horse winning races {harrykay}. U see the prizemoney goes to us and not them, they have their money{our money}and realy wish not to exert to much energy on our behalf. Harry could have been in race 7 at rosehill today, and i think he should be in the june stakes next week, we will have to wait and see, u see they tell us that there is no suitable races for him and would like to put him in a 3yo race. Well der kim, have a look, there dont seem to be any so race him in something else atleast then we may get a price about him and who knows he may just win. S H i T they need a wake up call, i really hope they find it hard to sleep at night, all the way out there on their farm that we helped to buy.

It's called retrospect Wrench.
Like waking up next to an ugly ***** (no offence to ugly *****s) and regretting what you did last night even though in the back of your mind you knew you would be doing just that before you did it.
Don't tell me you've never backed a fav horse and regretted it. EG I loved The H-Bomb and even had dreams about him and was so good and never backed him all Spring until the stupid Mackinnon when I deep down I knew he wasn't a good bet.
AS I SAID IF YOU LEARN IT'S NOT REALLY A LOSS AT ALL!

Buddy Love hi, I think the functions they ( The Waughs ) are mentioning are the christmas partys and the times the horses have raced and addressed the members that were there and I CAN ASSURE YOU they were not representative of ALL the shareholders but a handful. BIG DEAL I SAY.... Look at the photo on the website now that has a few shareholders there. They are little old pensioners and older people so this is what I mean by the battlers. They say they are trying to find suitable races for HARRYKAY, there are suitable ones now. Look in the weekend or midweek Metro's this is where he needs TO BE and where MOST OF THE CLUB WAUGH MEMBERS CAN WATCH HIM RACE and not up at Wyong and Gosford and make it hard for MOST members who want to view him and enjoy a day in the members. There are plenty and for sprinters just get HarryKay onto the track where he belongs and let him run and see how far *WE CLUBWAUGH #3 MEMBERS* can go with him. ALL CLUB WAUGH MEMBERS DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS..... Happy Punting All

It was an admission against self interest. I honestly think these people should seek legal advice.

faytiges wrote:Amazing isnt it... I just received in the mail a vote, since we cant all get to the meeting etc., (never worried before) Funds are running out, do we agree to sell Bumpa, and continue with Kelendria, who we have paid for everything up to date, and has gone shin sore after the trial. The CWR2 is to end at the end of May, so we are to decide which way to go.....We have just learned in this letter the problems with Bumpa, apparently she has feet problems, why couldnt they have told us that instead of dodging and not answering emails.. Bye Bye Kim and Mark for me. I find it hard to believe that money is running out when from the sounds of it, so many horses have spent so much time in the paddocks. This is as dodgy as dodgy gets. Do they send out monthly statements on where and how the pool of money has been spent?? I know its all inclusive, but they still need to justify and show where the money has gone (training fees, vets, vitamin shots, farriers, floating etc). They just cant say, well, the well has just about dried up before the term of the contract has finished.
