They extended the lease before the vote so they were in a win win.

Question to everyone...Are we certain that CWR2 members account for 100% of the lease. or do we have an interest?

Buddy love hi Smile, you would never know with this mob, its something you would have to try and get out of them and what percentage?
What if you did not want to proceed and just wanted your money now to move on what then??????
I think its a case of kiss your money goodbuy and be thankful it was thousand SSS so to speak because with the Waughs and Roulston you would never had seen anything.
How would you know if some wanted out or in? Unless you have the whole list of the members and emailed or called them you would never know this..
The who thing as they say is a CLUB WRORT and even CLUBS have proper votes and ballots and yearly minutes so like I say even that in itself is dodgy.
Its all *INHOUSE* .....

I have sent an informal email via asic's website just asking about the club/syndication difference, access to minutes, financial records regarding the directors resolution and the question of whether we are obligated to continue after the vote, seen as though our investment has reached maturity.

This is good for me, im a banking and finance student at uni, will learn a fair bit

They must have got such a shock, coz they have gone back to to old version ie: no reports, or a one liner with absolutley no info.with cwr1 and 2.
I have said before emails must be the 1st thing deleted each day, then you dont have to answer them!!!!

Question. Have disgruntled cw2 members contacted Bernardino (Bernard)? I had an interesting chat with him recently to discuss each others views on the matter. Worth a call 9363-3059, 0400 802 122.
