Faytiges, very interesting, they have expanded your terms BECAUSE WHATEVER MONEY YOU HAVE EARNT HAS PROBABLY GONE TO BUYING THIS COLT FOR THEM TO REAP THE REWARDS IN THE LONGTERM..... with YOUR MONEY....
Whilst tinkering on my pc I found the following: OWNERS DETAILS Mr R L ROULSTON MR S W JONES MR J C STEWART MR M E WAUGH JACOBSON BLOODSTOCK PTY LTD MRS J M INGLETON MRS L FINNIGAN MR J C GARARARD MR R A HARRINGTON
Trainer: Kim Waugh Wyong
4 Yr Old Bay Gelding D.O.B 10/11/2003 Prize money: $90,350.00
So the thing is ?????? if She has purchased a Horse for CW #1 WHO THE HELL ARE THESE OTHER PEOPLE??????????
So whatever your other winnings or sale of a horse has gone to buy OTHER PEOPLE A RUNNER NOT YOU......

This is bordering on comical now(Delago Star etc)...Does anyone else smell what I do because I can't help but feel they are rubbing our noses in it. Surely someone within the Club Waugh 'family' has viewed this forum. Well if you are viewing this please ponder the fact that there won't be a Club Waugh #4! Word is spreading and bad news travels further and faster than good so put that in your pipe and smoke it Waugh's.

I tilt my hat to you Bernardino. The public would probably never have heard about the 'Scooter' fiasco without your efforts. Cheers.

Wrenchie-5 hi, , have patience, Im sure they have enough stories to chase up or are chasing up it might take time for them to get back to you. Also their legal teams scour every avenue I am sure of every story so they have to check and cross their Qs and Ts so to speak. I was speaking to my cousins today and they said that Syndication trainers get anything from 60- 80% of moneys and its better to go smaller. He had a horse with Gai Waterhouse many years ago a group 1 winner and now sire of many yearlings over the years and he would know. No news on HarryKay and his bogus *fetlock needing only cream injury* L*, gee you have to laugh or you would cry seriously. I agree with the above though, since she linked up with the Waughs its been nothing but trouble and cunning plans ( sounds like baldrick L* ).. Hey maybe??? noooo lol... Anyway, crossing fingers ACA come to the rescue... Happy Punting All P.S Cant wait for the new rejuvinated Randwick track and stands when WYD is over with looking forward to some upgraded changes.

CLUB WAUGH No 2 MEMBERS: The following is a copy of my letter to Robert Roulston, Chairman of the Club Waugh No 2 Syndicate. Despite the fact that we (the investors/members) pay for his office to "communicate" with members there has been no reply. If you would like to discuss this matter with me, please call me on 9 363 3059 or 0400 802 122. I have never before encountered a public company that did not respond to inquiries from shareholders. Robert Roulston and his fellow directors, Mark and Kim Waugh, apparently do not feel that they are obliged to observe this accepted business requirement. Indeed they seem to believe that they can do whatever they want without any accountability. I disagree.
3 June 2008 Mr Robert Roulston Chairman Club Waugh No 2 Sydnicate Dear Mr Roulston _*RE: YOUR LETTER OF 20 MAY 2008 AND THE DIRECTORS' RESOLUTION*_ 1. Your "VOTING PAPER" enclosed with the abovementioned correspondence is invalid because it makes no reference to the matter upon which the shareholder is asked to vote, nor is it dated. As it stands, anyone who ticked, signed and returned it could be voting on any Directors' Resolution. 2. As far as I am aware you have not provided shareholders with a summary of the syndicate's current - and projected - financial position (how much money is left is respect of sale proceeds, prizemoney etc) to enable them to understand the financial position of the syndicate. Without this data how can they be expected to make an informed decision on your latest proposal? 3. You have supplied no information to support your contention in the penultimate sentence of your paragraph headed Shareholders Vote that "we have had a very large number of responses to our previous request for indications from Shareholders willing to continue the lease of Kelendria, with all bar two or three respondents being in favour of continuing Kelendria's lease through a separate entity " etc. This view seems contrary to the growing discontent from members about the conduct of the Club Waugh No 2 Syndicate as reflected by their comments on the internet. 4. Have you considered asking your fellow director Mark Waugh to channel his profits from selling Scooter to the syndicate towards meeting the costs of training Kelendria on behalf of the syndicate? After all as a leased horse it has no potential value to us apart from any prizemoney it may or (given the experience with Scooter and King Armstrong) may not earn, does it? Presumably it will be returned to the owner at the end of the lease? 5. Could you kindly advise me how many people attended the last AGM of the Club Waugh No 2 Syndicate and forward me a copy of the Minutes. I look forward to your earliest response. Good luck Bernadino, there definitely should be a minutes book detailing all. Under a *Club* and not a *syndicate* you should have a yearly financial report for sure, for a break down in costs, expenses, purchases, the whole lot. Its so darn shady geez, where does it all end? Happy Punting All
