Are you *****king alright man. Ranked top 20 in what?? Japan Do you know who Winky and Pavlik are??? Mundine has taken us for a ride and rob Australian boxing fan dry. When is this punk going to fight in America. Oh wait NEVER. He thinks he will fight Calzaghe also when he is going to fight Roy Jones for millions. Pavlik and Winky would destroy Mundine,it's not funny. Mundine is a *****king joke and is a *****king bum dropping weight so he doesn't have to fight Kessler again.

"His opponent Crazy Kim is ranked in the top 20...of any organisation that matters. He is a man with 28 wins in 32 fights, winning 24 by knockout." - Herald Sun. 28 from 32 You are like all the 'part time' australian boxing supporters. Just because he wasn't a big name like Winky and Pavlik, doesn't mean he is not a good fighter. Every time Mundine beats someone, the media come out and say he is a bum/past his prime. (E.g. Echols 2003, Green 2006, Soliman 0 . Yet before each of these fights, each fighter was ranked in the top 10 in the world. The reason Mundine can't fight big name fighters is because Mundine is a 'No-name' overseas. There would not be a lot of money in a Pavlik or co. fighting him. And I don't know about your prediction that 'Winky' would destroy Mundine. Winky 5 years ago would have destroyed Mundine, but look at his last 5 fights. Mundine vs Winky would be a very close fight Hopkins - Lost in 12 Quartey - Win in 12 Taylor - Draw Soliman - Win in 12 (That fight was a very close one, yet Mundine comprehesively beat Soliman the last 2 times they fought)

I think Mundine has the talent, but while is he still fighting in Oz. Winky is inactive for awhile and could get him to fight. How about strum in Germany. Why did he drop weight for??? He didn't want to fight Kessler again. That's a fact because Kessler was his mandatory. Mundine is a good fighter but never wil reach his full potential.

If Crazy Kim had of been a more experienced/better boxer, he would have followed up the left hook with right hook while mundine was standing stunned, then the fight would have been over in the third round. Mundine just doesn't have the skills to compete in the elite, coz he doesn't fight the best - not paying out, just tellin the truth. And there was no way Soliman V Wright was close. Soliman just throws lots of punches and is a very awkward fighter making it hard to look good against (mundine had fought him 3 times so knew what he was like), winky just stood there and still won easy.

I'll admit Mundine doesn't fight the best, but for 2 reasons. 1. Most big name fighters overseas will not fight Mundine. He's not considered good enough to be in the elite, but he is not seen as an easy beat, he's in the middle. E.g. Why would Pavlik want to fight Mundine, when he could either fight a major name for million$$ of dollars, or a tune up fight against someone who he knew he would beat (e.g. Gary Lockett). 2. As much as he keeps saying he wants to fight overseas, it very hard for him (or any boxer) to turn down the $$$ he earns locally. If he fought Green again (and wins), it will prove nothing for his career, but will earn him a fortune (10 times more then if he fought overseas). Even Soliman III apparently earned him a million $. I would love to see him fight a Pavlik, Hopkins or Taylor, but I am realistic and cannot see it happening, yet I can't blame him for it

Considering Australian men seem to be quite macho, or at any rate talk that way, why is it Australia so seldom produces boxers of any note? I remember, the Hungarian-born British boxer Joe Bugner (most boring heavyweight ever) moved to Australia and did fairly well there. That must say something about Aussie boxing.
