I pretty much have to do it, my players just dont develop well at all at my own club. The weird thing though is if you send em to a club that is not as impressive as your own, with lesser facilities...they always get better even if they dont play. How is the reserve team at a 2nd division French team better than the reserve team at Arsenal?? JustSam wrote:It is also fun finding a really gun regen and just being able to use him when he is like 18 I've never had the pleasure. All the regens I find dont really develop into world stars until about 24 years old. But then...my word some of them are good

I have this one dude who is expected to get to 192 according to genie scout...He was the first absolute gun to come through my youth system...but I have been dissapointed in him. He is now 22 and still only worth 5.5mil pounds (despite the fact that I as england manager, have called him up 44 times for 22 goals)...
He better reach his potential! He's still a long way off.

Lol he is only 22! Give him some time! Most do take me a while to develop them, i.e. they normally hit their straps around 24-25 but you get the occasional one who is just immense from the start.

Since I manage england, i just cal him up to every squad and play him in every game...even if there are better players...I want him to break the all time england games and goals records...which he will. 44 games 22 goals is a pretty good record for a young un... Actually, I don't think i played him in the world cup final...i wanted to make sure i had the best chance of winning (note: i did) Always good playing him in qualifiers though haha

@Heater Rules
In the game, you choose a team and then you become manager of that team. You control things like tactics, transfers, etc. I suggest buying it, but actually wait for 09 to come out. You can play it online with other people that have the game. I am yet to do that although I do want to.
