To me, your forward line is OK, midfield excellent.. and defense pretty poor. Hawks will make the top 4 but it will be out of Collingwood and Geelong for the premiership.

Afraid I disagree with the above.

I think we have one of the best forward lines in the comp. Especially now with Rioli and Stokes. (Which team has a better forward line?)

One of the better midfields Mitchell, Hodge, Sewell, Lewis, with plenty of others that can rotate through.

A underrated ruck dept. Taylor and Campbell

A fairly strong defense but lacking 1 extra tall with Croad now out. Concceded 84.3 points a game last year, in the lowest 4 teams.

Probably a biased point of view.

And it can be done again... did I mention it has been 3 years since the Cats got a win over Hawthorn? and if Collingwood were any good they would have been in the Grand Final last year.

I think you've just answered your own question.

And let me fix this for you.

Ok Smez, you stick with the Collingwood line. We didn't have Rioli and Stokes last year and we are only going to get better.

Have you ever heard of the Colliwobbles?

At least your coach is not a hasbeen living in the past.... haha..

Damn.. I don't mind the Magpies untill I start talking to their supporters.

nah nah, go ahead and get carried away.
To me, if you are a hawks supporter, the best time to get carried away is NOW.
Otherwise when is a good time to get carried away?
3/4 time in last years grand final is on record as the safest time ever to get carried away, IMO the hawks will end the year 17-5 with 3-4 more 100 point floggings.
and theyll beat the cats

I was tipping Freo to have a good year.. but if they can't beat Collingwood then they will struggle. Hawks are going to make a few teams look ordinary this year.
