Was pretty confident of winning again but now not so much. Swan 92, Shaw 39, Cloke 27 and Urghart 39 is not a great start at all. He has Shaw as well at least. Will see how it goes today. Need Coxy to have a big one as capt!

Well Coxy did the job for me as capt!! 157! I am 256 points up with Cornes, Kornes, Stevens and Pav to come. He has Mattner, John*****, Bock, Murphy, Tredrea, O'Keefe and Pav. Going to be close...

Play the finals as they appear on the website.
He has gone 4-1 in the last five rounds, and five players outscored him last week - so he is beatable.
Just award the winner to the GF runner-up if it turns out to be against him.
I'm probably shafting myself if anyone, as I'll copp him in week one of finals.

Doing finals in here was a suggestion to get some interaction going...was a good thread last yr with some quality trash talking around finals time. This thread hasnt exactly been worth looking at like last yr. I'm propbably not the only one that likes the niggle. If everyone feels the same and daggers is happy then we may as well go with Shifty's suggestion.

Well what about for the person who potentially loses to him in the prelim final - bit unfair for them i would think?? Plus, if he makes the GF then it will be a dead rubber. It just doesnt seem right to me. I think he needs to be in or out from the start.

Since It's going to take a minor miracle for me to make finals from here, I think it should be up to you guys. More importantly, should we impose a relegation system? Bottom four teams are out or something more drastic?

hmmm yeah...good point. Potential issues and maybe not the fairest. Does that add more weight to doing the finals in here to make it fairest ?...with 9th place making it through...very simple to write up in here like last yr. It potentially gets rid of all possible eventualities. Gettting a bit more feedback from others would be good.

How about bottom 8 relegated lol...and a special priority pick to Red for winning two spoons in a row.

Im happy for it to be in here with 9th place making it into the finals. Would be more chat too, as you say. Yes more feedback from others would be good. What do you all think???
