Are you serious? Bugger... gonna have to start thinking about some trades then.

I already have Slater and I already have Boyd.
If I could trade Rooney out for Atkins, I would.

Can't afford to bring in Mateo because it would mean dropping Watmough - which I just won't do.

The trade I *will* be doing is getting rid of Inu, if he is indeed out for 6 weeks. Who to bring in? Can't afford Folau.
Clinton - I can just bench, so that's not biggie... but maybe if he's out for a month, I should look to offload him?

At the top of my league early... always the way, then I start slipping =P

Clinton did his ACL I think, if so he will be out for way more then 4 weeks.

Bad news for the Broncs but they've got a fair few quality forwards to back him up.
I see Thaiday has come into the starting line-up and big Dave Taylor is on the bench Smile

I'm thinking it might be worth bringing the big lad into my team.
He can't help but fall over the line, he's just such a big unit.

Do you mean you are thinking of bringing in Dave Taylor? Is he sure to get on off the bench?

Sorry, I'm a bit new to NRL, do the Interchange players always get on in NRL games?

Why would you want joel clinton anyway? hes scored like 2 tries or something in 6 seasons. And the broncs wont be winning as much as a few other teams this year IMO.

Got me 80 points 1st round. Hope they can turn it up like that every couple of rounds! 50-60 a week would be a competitive score though most weeks.

Because he was $75,000 and was in the starting team for a home team that was playing the wooden spooners from 2007.

Yeah that's what I meant.

and yeah, league interchange works differently to that of union and football.
Basically, a player who comes off the field can go back on later... to replace his replacement, so to speak.
It's pretty much guarateed that the reserves will get a run, especially an up-and-coming gun player like Taylor

Thanks.

Taylor is a bit expensive! And he hasn't scored any points so far, doesn't look too good for money making.

Ahhh I'm still undecided as to what trades I'm going to make.....

Titans look to have the best run before the price change, with Dragons away and then Sharks at home.

However, I want to look at the run from the "big teams" (in my opinion).

Melbourne - Sharks at home, Roosters away
Manly - Knights away, Warriers at home
Eels - Warriers away, Knights at home
Cowboys - Tigers at home, Broncos away

Melbourne and Manly I beleive can get 2 wins from 2 before the price change. So I probably don't want to trade out any of my players from those 2 teams.

In saying this though, I think I'm going to go for Orford out - Prince in.

lol.

I'm looking at bringing in Setimata Sa for one of my Cowboys players now.

Sa is only something like $113,000 and has already scored 10 points. Surely he's going to raise well in price soon.

Is Sa a good player or did he just have a good round 1?

Can't decide who I want to trade for Inu. Need ideas/logic on who to trade for... anyone?

My options are Hodges, Turner, Robertson... around that price range.
My other option is to leave it a week and see if Folau is going to drop dramatically so I can pick him up instead at the end of the third round.
I can't see myself being that patient though... I'm greedy for points!

I'm hoping Folau is going to have a field day against Cronulla in Melbourne.

That's why I want to get Slater in - Stewart out. But I'm afraid Stewart is going to perform against the Knights this week, so I'll leave it one more round. If Slater kills it again I'll miss out on the points, but just pick him up before the price change.

Thankfully I've already got Slater so that's not an issue for me... however, whether to trade Inu... and who for... that is.
