True, but the Crow's will still rely on him heavily for run out of the D50. Until they can devolp another major ball winner that can carry the ball all day around the D50, he will still rack up a lot of cheap disposals which as a dream team player, is a valuable asset to your team.
Yeh, I'd say maybe get him in AFL dream team but not in super coach.

Naaa Mcleod isn't that effective anymore. Joel Bowden is good, cause he (surprisingly) takes many marks from oppositon in the backline.

All I'm saying is that it is best to have defenders who collect cheap possesions as defenders are hard to score highly week-in, week-out. Doesn't matter how old or young, just as long as they can mark and kick accuratley. Anyway, what about Brisbane? I'm sick of talking about the crows. They aren't going to be as good this year

for crows reily mite be a good cheapish mid
as for brisbane... last year i had more lions in my team: ad*****, black, lappin, brown, drummond (he is awesome fantasy player)
for this year leurenberger automatic improver, probly not as good value like lappin and ad***** were but they will be consistent, look at bradshaw coming back, moody could be improver as well, drummond and brown will dominate as usual
listened to the sen dreamteam guru guy whoever he is and he said biggest smokey of them all was daziel. mature age recruit who had 75touches and 5 goals in last two wafl games. mite be one to watch out for if debuts

He is incredibly fit, top 5 at club. But i dunno if he will play unless injury. Brisbane have a heap of midfielders. Black, Lappin, Johnstone, Noting, Ad*****, Power, Stiller, Rischitelli, Hooper, Sherman. So it would be hard to break into the midfield. Some of those guys can move forward though, like Power, Notting, Hooper, Sherman. So unless Leigh wants to play a few of them in the forward line, or even play them off HB, then there's not much room for him

Leunberger-if fit will get more game time and could prove himself as one of Brisbane's best ruckman in the future. His price will be cheap and is worth the gamble. Dalziell-Agree with what everyone says Tom Collier-(roughie) Seems ready for AFL straight away and could be called up early Sherman- cheap, can win the footy, kicks goals, only question is if he is ready to take the step up to the elite level consistently

lol We'll see how many we have. Probably just have two leagues (I think we'll get 32 people easily). Whether 1 is higher ranked people or not we can worry about later.

Lets get more numbers. Haven't got many yet. Suppose they will all start entering their names once the NAB Cup starts.

Yeh heaps and heaps and heaps will come when AFL Starts / When Supercoach is released. 13 atm. That's almost a league already. And we'll prob get at least 35+

I'll guess that about 10 will join after the Coll v Adel game tomorrow night, and after the next week games there will be an additional 20+. But half of them will only do the comp for the first 8 rounds or so then get bored of it. Now that is really annoying.

Okay, We are up to Carlton now.
Stevens - Should be cheap, I'm getting him for sure. Murphy- If cheap is good. Judd - I'm thinking of not getting him....to be different. Depends of course on injuries and such. Fevola - A definite no in AFL, but perhaps in SuperCoach. Kruezer- Probably be the most picked player.
Anyone else anyone thinking about? I usually get Scotland every year, but if he is in centres (which he probably will be) then I won't get him this year.
3 Carlton players is my limit....

I agree, that drives me crazy. That's why rankings from last year would also help maintain at least two good leagues, with people who will put full effort and not leave.

Stevens - Definite Starter for me Kreuzer - Of Course Judd - Thinking about waiting and see how his groin goes Gibbs - Only if cheap otherwise no Waite - Maybe, not a big ball winner though Carrazzo - to expensive Hadley - Maybe. Watch how he goes in NAB Cup Roughies: C. Cloke (should be cheap after missing all year) E. Betts (probably not) Fisher (undecided)

Gibbs and Murphy are going to struggle for games if Carltons midfield get up and running. Then their VFL team is going to be a dominant force with 2 #1 draft picks running around for them.
