my best is 9.3, and im pretty fit, but im young so thats pretty good for my age.

you all think samthaman is lying for getting 11.8 at 10?
at 10 years of age i got 11.2 (first beep test id ever done)
at the time it was for rep football and i was also swimming at a high level, doing *****s and was very active and fit
samthaman aint lying

Man it wasnt like exactly 50 metres apart thats just a figure of speech lol it was definatly more then 20 coz i said to teacher/coach is this 20 and he said no so we asked him how much it was and he said lets just say its a bit more than 20. lol i swear that footy one was meant to be easy as we are doing another one soon so its probaly gonna be hard.... I did one on Thursday and got 9.3 It was good as there were only 6 of us boys and we were doing it right and didnt move any cones. I should be doing the one for footy on Wednesday.
