I got 14 a few weeks ago when our team did. While I was running I said to myself that I would pull out at 14 so I have room for improvement.

Last time i did it was in year 10 in a PE class. I didn't know it was on so I ate a load of rubbish foods before, and consequently got a stitch early on. Also got asthma in the early stages and didnt have my puffer. Had to drop out at 6, very poor showing

I did it probably three times during high school, and i think i got something like 8.8 in year 7, 10.1 in year 9 and 11.2 in year 10, not the fittest person ever, but i was willing to giving a go.

i got 13.2 in year 10 to my suprise cause i got 11.4 the year before and since had been smokeing and drinking my head of. but i had a V about 20mintues before hand cause i was tired dunno what its effects would have been.
but i also find it hard to get an accurate score when the only thing that drives me to go futher is beating the next person but when they are all gone it is pointless almost

BEEP etc
