A BAD week for the Wojcinski name continued at the Kyneton races last week with the scratching of the Danny O'Brien-trained horse of the same name on Tuesday.
The three-year-old gelding ran sixth in a race in Bendigo early in September, but was scratched less than a week after his footballer namesake, David ,was by the Cats.
But the good news continued for the Hawks with a win for three-year-old colt Georgia's Boy at Bendigo on Wednesday.
The horse is owned by a contingent of Hawks including Campbell Brown, Shane Crawford, Ben Dixon and former ruckman David Loats.
After a week of celebrations, the Hawks' next stop is a footy trip in Macau and Hong Kong
