Tunneling is when you try to get underneath a player when they jump for a mark and take there legs out from underneath them and a disposal is a handball or a kick.

1) Tunneling - pushing your opponent underneath the ball, usually while they are in the act jumping at it - a bit dangerous because they can land awkwardly. But its a bit like tanking, more complained about on internet forums than real. Its hard to do without giving away a free kick.
2) Diposal - either a legitmate kick or handpass. Basically how many time the player has touched the ball and been able to do something constructive with it.
