For those who have been following- or just interested in Sydney FC- Adam won the Football Superstar finale tonight over Evan and Reno.
From the short snippets of game-play they show, he looks pretty good on the ball, good vision playing in a central midfield role. Can't see him getting any first team action (Colosimo, Corica, Musialiak, McFlynn ahead of him) but will do well in the Youth League one would presume. Clearly one for the future
discuss....

to be absolutly honest ive only watched 2 1/2 episodes (at the begining, what can i say, the irish bloke *****s me) and i really liked the look of this bloke, even just from that initial trial (what a joke) when he was selected in perth...the one thing i was most impressed about was his control of the ball
...i may dislike SydFC (to put it very lightly) but hopefully he developes into a good player, even if just at A-league level

yer looks the goods. a hard position to play but did it well. lets hope evan does get a go in victory's youth squad. lets hope this show is on next year because this is the kind of stuff the Australian football needs. good luck to him

We don't want our best young kids being spirited away to rabble like Sydney FC, when they can suit up and play for our club. And hey, at 17 he's got a lot of growing and improving to do yet. Thanks Kossie!

I hope this sort of show doesn't have another series. I am all for developing players, but not like this.
