After taking a look at it a bit more 9after stage 10 fallout) I have decided that 11/1 is so juicy for Carlos Sastre to take out the tour. As much as i love Cadel and would love to see him win i think his team will let him down. We all saw what CSC did in stage 10, they are so strong. If they can continue i think Sastre could be in yellow by Paris. I think Menchov is the other big threat.
TAB odds
43562 EVANS Cadel $1.60 MENCHOV Denis $3.75 RICCO Riccardo $8.00 SCHLECK Frank $10.00 SASTRE Carlos $11.00 VANDEVELDE Christian $15.00 COBO ACEBO Juan Jose $51.00 KOHL Bernhard $51.00 VALVERDE Alejandro $51.0
My odds would be:
EVANS Cadel $3.50 SASTRE Carlos $3.50 MENCHOV Denis $3.75 RICCO Riccardo $8.00 SCHLECK Frank $10.00 VANDEVELDE Christian $51.00 COBO ACEBO Juan Jose $81.00 KOHL Bernhard $151.00 VALVERDE Alejandro $51.0

I got on Schleck. There is no point expecting anything at all from Sastre as long as Schleck is still putting the pressue on Evans. History shows that teams who try to push two riders up the top of the GC inevitibly fail - T-Mobile f.u.cked up by pulling back Vinokourov to give Ullrich a chance a few years ago, and they screwed themselves up by launching a two-pronged assault with Ullrich and Kloden as well.
If Schleck cracks and leaves Sastre as CSC's sole chance, by all means back him but at the moment there is only one value bet in the CSC team, and it is not Sastre.

Schleck is the danger man, not Sastre.

@ 51 dollars get on Vandevelde
If he keeps his climbing up he is a decent time trialist. He could be the very big upset. Only 30 seconds down. Although i dont think he will win i think at that price hes gold.

i dont think Schleck can get a big enough gap before the TT, Menchov is your threat, he was p1ssing about the other night, doing it easy. i would of course prefer cadel to win, but got on menchov at $11 after the first TT. happy to lose my moolah if Cadel gets up
