Terry Butcher said he would not shake hands with Maradona before the game this morning, and went through with it, all because he wasnt over Maradona's hand of god goal. What i find amusing is the fact that Terry Butcher is taking the moral high ground on this (22 years after it happened)...when he was ok with kicking players off the park for his WHOLE career because he was nothing but a s*****per with very limited skill. Not to mention that he was one of the players Maradona made look stupid when he scored that amazing second goal. Sour grapes me thinks. The English press dont help, they are so hypocritical about stuff like this...Geoof hursts goal in 66 probably wasnt a goal either, but thats been conveniently forgotten, or paul scholes punching the ball into the net as well in poland.... one thing i did laugh at was...the scotts song they were singing this morning to maradona to the tune of "hokey pokey" "you put your left arm in and you knock england out" hilarious!

you're a few days behind mate, since then maradona responded by saying england have no right to criticise him when the only world cup they've won is with a ball that clearly did not cross the line. and then george burley told butcher to grow up and pull his head in. great stuff maradona!
