I bet if other guys listed a team of players there club has let go or lost since 03/04 it would be just as good if not better than the above

Parra

1 McKinnon/Hodgson
2 D Williams
3 J Lyon
4 W Tonga
5 A Mogg
6 Dykes
7 T Smith
8 J Cayless
9 Riddell
10 R Cashmere
11 A Ryan
12 I Hindmarsh
13 T Williams

Thats off the top of my head sure there are more and better players out there from Parra

again best was useless at the time

simms - rofl

white - useless at the time

timmons - retired

fitzgibbon - want to go back to craig young while you're at it?

ennis - not yours to start with.

top 4 team at best

I was talking about at this point who they have let go and where they are now. Really i can go back as far as i want to bring them up as long as they are playing now. But really i couldnt care less, obviously the dragons talent scouts are not doing their job when finding players and looking after them. That is one thing i can be proud of my bunnies doing, even if sometimes they keep them for too long.

But parra dont do it on a consistant basis like the dragons do. Its like the dragons are after a quick fix and if it does work, they'll move on to someone else. Yes each club could come up with a team of the quality players they have let go, but no team execpt for maybe the roosters could say it happens on a regular basis like the dragons

parra and dragons should both have at least 1 premiership in the last 10 years.

Thats bull *****, every team loses a heap of players every year just that only a few go on to make a name somewhere else. St George have lost 1 decent player a year because of salary cap the same as every team, St George wouldnt have done this if they didnt over pay Ryles and Gasnier for so long.

By the way the Bunnies dont seem to lose players but they do they dont have many high profile players to lose but they have lost some very talented jnrs.

Ray Cashmere was from the Wests Magpies / Wests Tigers. Not Parramatta.

every premiership is history !!!!! the beagles win this year is history . my point being all bragging rights are based on history whether 1 year ago or 50 years ago ..... history is part of the game and club culture . never forget past successes and failures .

the dragons 11 premierships in a row is a world record in every sport in every country .

compare england man u
usa chicago bulls
usa dallas cowboys, san fran 69'ers
afl lions 3 premierships
afl hawthorn in the eighties
cycling lance armstrong in tour de france
nrl broncos successes

need i go on ??? all very high achievers and successes but none of them come close to the dragons 11 premierships.

a world record never to be beaten . history is the fabric of sport

The Dragons have been notoriously mentally weak over the last fifteen years, and hit an all time low under Brown.

They could have retained the majority of those players, and would still have found a way to throw away a premiership.

They got rid of Jane Ryles and Barrett who were both notorious for choking in big games. I think Sowaard could have a really really good year in '09.

Lance Armstrong's feats in the tour de France would go bloody close in fact I would rate it higher. Especially considering the background story.

Well you can't compare because that's an individual achievement, the others are team.
