They have one first test to pass next season.
"NO PLAYER THAT PLAYED FOR A WORLD CUP TEAM CAN REPRESENT ANOTHER TEAM FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS".
If DAVID GALLOP and his ARL cronies can't stand up and enforce this rule next year then I will personally sought him out and stab him in the neck with my darts.

Why mention Gallop at all? The ruling is one made by the RLIF. You wanna choke someone? Go choke Colin Love.
The rules have been well-known for the last 4 years and have been tested in a court of law, why the angst now?
