Ladies and Gentlemen Introducing a new tipping comp, and one very similar to what was also run last year. Competition 1 Competitors select three horse’s in each race of a chosen meeting. If one of your horses wins you receive 5 points. If one of your horses comes in second you receive 3 points and if one of your horses comes third you receive 2 points. If you get the trifecta you get a bonus 10 points. Thus you can win a total of 20 points per race. The winner will have the most points at the end of the competition. Competition 2 Just to keep it interesting, each time you select a winning trifecta I will add up how much you would have won in dollar value each time using the NSW TAB. This dollar value will ac***ulate each week to the end of the competition. The winner will have collected the most money, even though they may not have selected the most trifectas. Thus there may be a winner in the total points competition and maybe another winner with whom would have won the most money. Two competitions in one. We will start this week with all selections being made in the races from Melbourne. Everyone is welcome to join. Just simply put the Race number, then the horse numbers. No need to write the horses names. Example Race 1. 1,2,3 Race 2. 1,5,7 The competition will run till the end of the Brisbane Carnival. If everyone enjoys it we can run another one in the Spring. Anyone know how we could run a competition judging the fashions on the field?   God Bless. R..
